Interns will gain knowledge and experience through exciting and real-life learning opportunities. We are looking for high performing and motivated individuals in various areas within DTNA organizations. DTNA internships begin each summer in May or June.

Interns in this role may have the opportunity to transition into a full-time position subject to manager evaluations and business availability.

As the Digital Fleet Specialist on the Aftermarket Digital Experience (ADX) team, you will play a pivotal role in supporting Excelerator Connect, a key driver of parts sales growth. Excelerator Connect improves the ease of doing business for fleet customers by enabling fleets to submit parts orders directly from their fleet management system to Excelerator via an API, where they are instantly dispersed to the fulfilling dealer. This position involves a unique combination of knowledge and skills – customer advocacy, customer support, technical troubleshooting, process mapping, data analysis, project management, and excellent collaboration and problem-solving skills.

Salary placement is determined by your anticipated graduation year and ranges between $21 - $29 per hour.

What You Drive at DTNA
  • Provide day to day support to assigned Excelerator fleets, including timely troubleshooting of all issues and requests. Coordinate with ADX Customer Support Specialists on daily errors and order failures. Conduct in-depth analysis of issues, identify trends, and provide recommendations for resolution.
  • New Fleet Onboarding:  Provide support to Senior Digital Fleet Specialists in the onboarding of new fleets. Attend Fleet meetings, take notes and document action items. Follow up with Fleets and Dealers for any information needed to onboard. Prepare detailed information for new fleet account setups. Support and/or prepare training sessions and general communications with Fleets and dealers.  
  • Participate in the monitoring of Excelerator integrations with Dealer Management Systems, such as part pricing and availability, order failures, and order status updates.
  • Support Sprint testing and User Acceptance Testing of new functionality, and regression testing of existing functionality.  
  • Participate in dealer focus groups and customer focus groups to identify pain points and define solutions. Document results and decisions and file enhancement tickets where necessary.  
  • Lead and support efforts to foster an inclusive and welcoming workplace culture where everyone belongs.

Knowledge You Should Bring

  • Must be currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s program or higher from an accredited college/university OR have recently graduated within 1 year of the position start date (May/June) 
  • Preferred Majors: Project Management, Information Systems, Marketing, Accounting, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Industrial and Manufacturing engineering, or a related field
  • Customer service, support and/or sales background
  • Strong Technical & Analytical Skills
  • Experience with web service interfaces and web-based technology is preferred
  • Strong Attention to Detail
  • Project Management/Coordination Experience
  • Experience with Agile methodology preferred
  • Experience with Jira or other project management tools preferred
  • Proficiency with Tableau, Microsoft Office or other data reporting tools
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Solid organizational skills
  • Creative mindset
  • Interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment
