The Allied Solutions internship program is a robust and consistent internship program for juniors and seniors. The program will focus on learning and development as well as hands-on experience. The program will immerse the intern into a broad range of responsibilities, allowing you to execute projects within your area of professional interests.


Interested applicants must be available during the 12-week program (May 18th – Aug. 7th, 2026). This is a full-time internship (40-hours per week) based at our headquarters in Carmel, IN.


The Risk Management Operations (RMO) Training Intern will support the RMO Training Department across a variety of initiatives, including curriculum design, training facilitation, training program support, data tracking and reporting, and needs assessments. This role offers hands-on experience in learning metrics and program development, providing the intern with a comprehensive understanding of the learning and development function within a corporate risk management environment. Through active participation in departmental projects, the intern will develop practical skills and insights to prepare for a career in training and organizational development.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Collaborates in the design and development of instructional materials and training curriculum to support Risk Management Operations.

  • Contributes to the creation and enhancement of virtual training programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and learner needs.

  • Conducts research and analysis on current learning and development trends, industry best practices, and benchmarks to inform recommendations for continuous improvement and innovation.

  • Assesses the developmental needs within Risk Management Operations and identifies appropriate resources, tools, and processes to support effective learning, including the collection and analysis of relevant data and performance trends.

  • Evaluates training effectiveness by analyzing participant feedback and the practical application of learned skills.

  • Measures the efficiency and impact of trainer delivery to ensure high-quality facilitation and learner engagement.

Qualifications (Education, Experience, Certifications & KSA):

  • Currently enrolled in undergraduate program as rising Junior or Senior, pursuing a degree in organization behavior, business management, a related field   

  • Ability to manage deadlines 

  • Ability to multitask 

  • Strong written and oral communication skills

  • Ability to prioritize
