Location Option: Cincinnati, OH

This role requires you to be in office M-TH, with the potential option to work remote on F (if role allows). Housing is not provided for Co-ops.

Semester: Spring 2026

Program Duration: January 12 - May 8, 2026

This is a strict start and end date; must be available for the entire program duration – we will not accommodate dates outside of this. You must be available to work full-time (8am-5pm EST) during the whole duration of the co-op semester to be considered.

Applicants for employment in the US must have work authorization that does not now or in the future require sponsorship of a visa for employment authorization in the United Stated and with the Kroger Family of Companies (i.e. H1-B visa, F-1 visa (OPT), TN visa or any other non-immigrant status).

Summary:

This Co-op role will serve as the central hub for all training coordination efforts across Solutions Education. Responsibilities span training logistics, production, stakeholder communication, content support, and program administration. The Administrator will work closely with the Embedded Learning Team, Learning & Development, and Hospitality to deliver polished and efficient learning experiences. In addition to coordination responsibilities, this role will dedicate 50% of their time to supporting professors and facilitators with content development, strategy, and delivery, as well as contributing to the redesign of trainings and the buildout of self-paced learning and knowledge management in 2026.

Key Responsibilities:

Operational / Administrative Support

  • Training Logistics & Coordination - Manage the master training calendar and centralized tracking spreadsheet - Create and distribute calendar invites and virtual meeting links - Coordinate with Embedded Learning Team to post offerings in the Learning Center - Track attendance, completions, and reschedules
  • Training Production & Onsite Support - Act as training producer: set up technology, slides, AV, Zoom/Teams, etc. - Print materials and prepare room setups with signage, name tags, and supplies - Welcome guests and troubleshoot tech or environmental issues during sessions - Coordinate with Hospitality for food, beverages, and special accommodations
  • Stakeholder & Communications Management - Draft and send communications (invites, reminders, follow-ups) - Work with cross-functional partners to confirm scheduling and priorities - Send post-training surveys and feedback forms

Training & Content Development Support

  • Content & Collateral Support - Format and build training collateral (decks, handouts, facilitator guides) - Ensure version control and manage document repositories. Partner with professors to support training content creation and redesign. Assist in facilitation and gradually take on co-leading opportunities. Contribute to self-paced learning and knowledge management roadmap. Support pilots and refresh of trainings to improve learner experience.
  • Administrative Support - Support onboarding logistics for new team members - Maintain training supply inventory - Support training reporting and feedback analysis

QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Current student working towards a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Communications, English, Marketing, Journalism or another relevant discipline
  • Eligible to work 40 hours a week (8am-5pm) during school term
  • Strong writing and communication skills
  • Familiarity with online content management/publishing systems (e.g. Sharepoint, WordPress, etc.)
  • Video production/editing/graphic design abilities required
  • Photo editing (e.g. Photoshop, InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, etc.)
