Job Description:

Parsons is looking for two, amazingly talented Engineering Systems Support Analysts to join our team as interns! In this role you will get to support a wide variety of engineering software.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Fulfilling requests for engineering software

• Troubleshooting issues with engineering software

• Troubleshooting interactions between software and PC operating systems.

• Supporting an automated engineering software delivery system.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

• 1+ year of studies in a major Engineering discipline (e.g., Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, etc.) or Computer Science.

• Basic knowledge of CAD, BIM or GIS software

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Windows Operating System

What Desired Skills You'll Bring:

• Experience operating CAD, BIM or GIS software

• Experience in troubleshooting software and computer issues

• Experience working in a team environment
