This internship is a full-time, six-month commitment in the Orlando, FL area from January 2026 -August 2026.

What You Will Do

This role is part of the Income Tax group within Tax Operations. Key responsibilities of the role could include: 

• Gathering and analyzing high-level data, performing computations, and preparing work papers for tax returns, provisions, forecasts and projects 

• Preparing federal, state and/or Canadian corporate income tax estimates, extensions and returns for a diverse group of businesses conducting multi-national operations 

• Collaborating with tax, business and accounting partners to obtain data necessary for tax calculations and reporting 

• Identifying tax process enhancements and automation opportunities  

• Acting as an embedded team member within Disney’s Corporate Tax Center of Excellence (COE) 

• Drafting user manuals for the department to outline Standard Operating Guidelines 

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Takes initiative and has a process improvement mind set (Tech Savvy) 

• Proficient in MS Office Suite with intermediate Excel experience (pivot tables, VLOOKUP’s)

• Possess strong time management skills – Able to multi-task, prioritize and meet deadlines  

• Adaptable to change, easily pivots

• An effective team player who enjoys working in a highly collaborative environment

• Strong analytical mindset 

• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Working towards your CPA

• Advanced Excel skills (XLOOKUP’s, SQL)

• Experience with Alteryx and/or Power BI

Education 

• Currently enrolled in a GRADUATE degree program in Accounting, Finance, Tax, Data Analytics or other related field

Eligibility Requirements & Program Information 

Candidates for this opportunity MUST meet all of the below requirements: 

• Be enrolled in an accredited college/university pursuing a GRADUATE degree taking at least one class at time of application posting OR a graduate student currently participating in a Disney College Program or Disney Internship

• Be at least 18 years of age​

• Possess unrestricted work authorization​

• Have not completed one year of continual employment on a Disney internship or Disney College Program

Additional Information

• Candidate must be fully available to work full time hours (approximately 40 hours per week) for the duration of the internship.

• This internship is an on-site position, but also requires a working, reliable internet connection as well as a quiet, dedicated workspace for the days you may work from home.

• Able to provide your own housing and reliable transportation for the duration of the internship program

The pay rate for this role in Florida is $30.40 per hour.
