Role Overview


We are seeking a Supply Chain Intern who will receive exposure to supply chain activities in a fast-paced, cutting-edge manufacturing company.  You will have the opportunity to work along side professionals in the field as you assist with activities related to the manufacturing operations of a 3D printing company providing products to the government and military.


What You'll Do...

  • Data Analysis: Assist with collecting and analyzing supply chain data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and potential improvements
  • Inventory Management: Support inventory tracking, updating inventory records, and ensuring optimal stock levels
  • Supplier Coordination: Assist in communicating with suppliers, tracking order shipments, and ensuring timely deliveries
  • Order Processing: Help process orders, track shipments, and follow up on the status of deliveries
  • Logistics Support: Assist in managing the transportation and logistics of products, ensuring timely deliveries
  • Documentation: Maintain and update supply chain documentation such as purchase orders, shipping documents, and contracts
  • System Maintenance: Support the use of supply chain management software, ensuring data accuracy and completeness
  • Process Improvement: Participate in identifying and recommending ways to streamline supply chain operations
  • Cross-Department Collaboration: Work with various departments such as procurement, warehouse, and finance to ensure seamless operations
  • Interns may perform and/or participate in additional activities/events which help them build a strong network within the community and with fellow interns

You have...

  • At minimum, completed Sophomore year of college or university by the time of the summer internship assignment.
  • High School/GED
  • Must have a minimum college GPA of 2.90 on a 4.00 scale at the time of application; cumulative, no rounding
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and motorized vehicle transportation if assigned an internship
  • At minimum, actively pursuing a bachelor's degree with a focus in Business, Supply Chain, Acquisition, Contract Management, or relevant field from an accredited college or university
  • Must have plans to be enrolled in classes during Fall Semester 2025
  • Ability to work full-time for a minimum of 10 weeks during the summer of 2025
  • ERP knowledge is preferred
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint)
  • Effective presentation, written communication, and verbal communication skills
  • The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. U.S. Citizenship is required, as only U.S. Citizens are eligible for a security clearance

In compliance with Colorado’s Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the salary range for this position is $25.00 per hourly salary.  Please note that wage information is a general guideline only, and we will consider factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate’s work experience, education/training, key skills, and market conditions when extending an offer.
