YOUR MISSION

Join our dedicated Salesforce team as an Intern focused on user enablement and support. This is a fantastic opportunity to become a product expert and empower our global teams to get the most out of our Salesforce platform. You will be at the intersection of people, processes, and technology, making a direct impact on company-wide productivity.

You will be a key advocate for our users, ensuring they have the knowledge, resources, and support needed to succeed. This role is ideal for an excellent communicator who is passionate about helping others, solving problems, and making technical information easy to understand in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

THE JOURNEY

  • Act as a key support contact for our Commercial teams, troubleshooting Salesforce-related issues to ensure they can work efficiently and effectively.
  • Own and improve our technical documentation, transforming it into user-friendly guides, tutorials, and best-practice articles.
  • Design and deliver training sessions for new and existing users to enhance their understanding, adoption, and mastery of the Salesforce platform.
  • Proactively partner with users to understand their workflows and identify opportunities to improve their productivity through better use of Salesforce tools and features.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Management, Business Administration, Information Systems, Communications, or a related field.
  • No prior professional experience required; a strong willingness to learn and a hands-on, helpful attitude are essential.
  • A passion for helping and teaching others; enjoys translating technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English, both written and verbal.
  • Exposure to Salesforce or another CRM is a plus, but not required.
  • Organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a dynamic, evolving environment.
  • A team player who brings positive energy, empathy, and a creative problem-solving mindset.
  • A natural educator and structured thinker who can break down complex topics into simple, clear concepts.
  • Comfortable working in a people-focused role, with a strong desire to help others succeed.
  • Eager to learn, take initiative, and grow in a role that offers significant responsibility and interaction across the company.
  • A fantastic communicator and collaborator who can build trust and translate user needs into actionable improvements and clear guidance.

Individuals representing diverse profiles, and abilities, encompassing various genders, ethnicities, and backgrounds, are less likely to apply for this role if they do not possess solid experience in 100% of these areas. Even if it seems you don't meet our musts don't let it stop you, we are all about finding the best talent out there! Skills can be learned, and embracing diversity is invaluable.

We believe driven talent deserves:
