Exploring Sales Leadership in Healthcare Innovation
Are you curious about a career in sales and passionate about making a difference in healthcare? The GE HealthCare Commercial Leadership Program Internship (CLPi) is a 12-week summer experience designed for undergraduate students who are eager to explore the world of healthcare sales and grow into future commercial leaders.

Job Description

Program Highlights

As a CLPi, you’ll work on a high-impact project aligned with one of GE HealthCare’s businesses or commercial functions, such as:

  • Magnetic Resonance (MR)

  • Computed Tomography (CT)

  • Ultrasound

  • Healthcare Digital

  • Patient Monitoring

  • Service Sales

  • Marketing

  • Commercial Operations

Your project may involve launching new products, executing inside sales campaigns, planning strategic initiatives, or supporting customer engagement efforts. You’ll collaborate with a project sponsor to define your goals and deliverables and present your work to business leaders at the end of the internship.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Current sophomores or juniors, with an expected graduation date between December 2026 and May 2027

  • Enrolled full-time at an accredited college or university

  • Demonstrated interest in a sales career and the healthcare industry

  • Strong communication, leadership, and analytical skills

  • Available to work full-time for 12 weeks during summer 2026

  • Willing and able to relocate to the Milwaukee, WI area (relocation and housing assistance provided)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong academic performance demonstrated by a GPA of 3.0 or higher (on a 4.0 scale), though all applicants are encouraged to apply     

  • Excellent interpersonal and networking skills

  • Coachable, proactive, and results-oriented

  • Strong time management and adaptability

  • Self-starter with a growth mindset
