The team you will be joining is a part of Charles River Development (or CRD), that became a part of State Street in 2018. CRD helps create enterprise investment management software solutions for large institutions in the areas of institutional investment, wealth management and hedge funds. Together we have created first open front-to-back platform - State Street Alpha, that was launched in 2019
Job:
The Charles River Development (CRD) Project Manager Intern is responsible for providing assistance with end-to-end project management support on various CRD projects. This includes assistance in planning and overseeing the implementation and project level execution of project deliverables, communication within the project teams, maintaining the team website and producing associated project reporting.
Major Responsibilities:
Provide strong project management assistance and drive the execution of CRD projects
Drive execution of work through stringent project management and close attention to detail
Solution impediments with stakeholders, drive project progress, escalate risks, issues and solutions. Implement project changes and interventions to achieve program goals
Provide feedback to the internal team regarding progress
Assist in the preparation for project governance meetings including project plan consolidation and materials preparations
Perform internal communications using multiple communication channels
Maintain team website including updates to project portfolio and team allocation
Skills:

Organized with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

Strong written and verbal skills
Strong in Microsoft Office skills
Salary Range:
$41,600 - $65,000 AnnualThe range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
