Purpose of Job

The HR Intern will provide support to the HR team, contributing to the successful delivery of key HR initiatives and day-to-day operations. This role is designed to offer hands-on experience across the employee lifecycle and exposure to a dynamic HR environment with a strong emphasis on delivering a positive customer experience to internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities :

  • Act as first point of contact and resolve HR support requests through the local HR application tool with a customer-focused mindset.
  • Providing efficient and effective HR support as part of the employee lifecycle ensuring an exceptional customer experience for employees.
  • Support the HR team with HR initiatives and projects as required.
  • Demonstrate strong learning agility and adaptability in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Proactively identify and recommend opportunities for continuous improvement in HR processes, applying a solution-focused and employee-centric approach

Requirements:

·        Currently enrolled in 3rd level education and ready to pursue student placement as part of an undergraduate program
