As a Proposal Management Co-Op you will work with the Proposal and Capture Managers on a variety of tasks in the Capture Center of Excellence (CCE) at IAS. This individual will also partake in a hands-on training to learn the proposal management life cycle and proposal coordination skills. Most tasks require a high-level of attention to detail and someone that can multi-task. Strong organizational skills are also necessary to manage multiple priorities and ensure that all proposal artifacts are compliant and completed on time. The ideal candidate will use a proposal management AI tool and have the ability to organize and manage large data sets in Excel.

Qualifications You Must Have:
- Must have no more than 6 months until graduation after end of internship
- Actively enrolled in an accredited University
- The ability to obtain and maintain a Secret U.S. Security Clearance is required
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Competency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Persuasive writing and editing skills
- Ability to work in a collaborative group setting
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and work under pressure
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to work successfully in a highly collaborative, fast-paced environment
- Strong organization skills and attention to detail
Qualifications We Prefer:
- Basic understanding of document editing
- Ability to work with collaborative software tools
- Understanding of procurement and subcontracting processes for proposal activities
- Background in civilian US Department of Defense Proposal Management, Aerospace and Defense Industry, or US Military

Estimated Starting Salary Range: $18.13 - $31.72. Compensation varies depending on a wide array of factors, such as candidates' key skills, relevant work experience, and education/training/certifications. The disclosed range estimate may be adjusted for any applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled.SNC offers a generous benefit package, including medical, dental, and vision plans, 401(k) with 150% match up to 6%, life insurance, 3 weeks paid time off, tuition reimbursement, and more.
