Job Summary
Work Shift
1 - First ShiftAre you the type of student who enjoys working with people and troubleshooting problems? In this role you will be responsible for supporting technology devices for Vermeer team members worldwide. We are looking for an individual who can demonstrate the ability to solve problems while prioritizing issues.What You’ll Do
1. Respond to various IT support requests regarding hardware and software problems.
2. Prepare computers for deployment, by repairing, imaging, and installing software.
3. Shadow other technicians to gain experience troubleshooting computers, printers, and network issues.
4. Maintain records of equipment being deployed.
What We’re Looking For
- High School diploma required.
- Current student pursuing an associate or bachelor’s degree in computer science or similar field.
- Previous internship and any baseline certifications such as A+, Network+, Security+ preferred.
- Knowledge of computer hardware and Windows operating systems.
Travel
- No travel is expected of this position.
Work Location
ONSITE: A team member’s day-to-day work is best done on a Vermeer campus. If work content can be occasionally completed at an offsite location, discuss potential arrangements with your manager.Equal Opportunity Employer
