Responsibilities\:
- Review new or amended contracts to confirm agreement to Kautex quotation (price, effective dates, capacity and terms etc.) in accordance with Kautex and Textron guidelines and procedures
- Assist Sales Management to define business development plans, market intelligence and sales forecasting
- Ensure strong financial control (sales portion) of Projects – i.e. positive cash flow including forecast; early invoicing; financial tracking
- Support development and tracking of project related Performance Improvement Action Plan goals
- Track open issues with customers, including quotes and orders
- Process new or amended prototype and service orders, including ensuring delivery as applicable
- Any other duties as assigned

- Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Sales, Finance, Accounting, Marketing
- Prior experience working in an automotive environment is a plus
- Ability to effectively manage multifaceted projects in conjunction with day-to-day activities
- A clear understanding of contractual conditions relating to the sales of purchased goods and a commercial understanding of business practices including margin, profit, and basic financial procedures
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent telephone skills and computer knowledge with proficiency in database management and word processing
- Experienced with Microsoft Office suite
- Resourceful, well organized, highly dependable, efficient and detail oriented
- Able to follow procedures & processes
- Good mathematics skills
