We are searching for a Legal Intern to join our Summer 2026 cohort. In this role, you will gain hands-on experience working in a global business setting. This internship is an excellent opportunity for students to work on meaningful projects that impact DP World's operations and legal compliance.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Assist in reviewing, drafting, and editing various legal documents, including contracts, NDAs, and corporate policies

• Conduct legal research on regulatory requirements, case law, and relevant legal issues affecting the company’s operations

• Support the legal team in managing corporate governance documents, such as board minutes, resolutions, and company filings

• Help ensure the company’s compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies

• Assist with due diligence for mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and other business transactions

• Participate in internal legal department meetings and external meetings with stakeholders as needed

• Work with the legal team to develop training materials on legal topics relevant to the company

• Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned by the legal team

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS

• Currently pursuing a degree in Law (JD or LLB) or related field from an accredited university

• Strong research, writing, and analytical skills

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced

environment

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and work with sensitive legal information

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior internship or work experience in a legal environment

• Knowledge of corporate law, contract law, or intellectual property law

• Familiarity with legal research databases (e.g., Westlaw, LexisNexis)
