MillerKnoll’s Summer Internship Program is a paid, 12-week opportunity that provides a 100% real-world experience for students early in their careers. Throughout the summer you will apply academic learning to real-world situations and cultivate leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.

As a Direct Supply Management Intern, you will focus on the management of suppliers producing finished good products for MillerKnoll. This will include leading projects to improve On-Time Performance, Quality and/or Costs.

Strong communication and presentation skills
Influences decisions and drives alignment across teams
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Thrives both independently and in collaborative environments
Basic knowledge of supplier relationship management (quality, delivery, cost, performance).
Knowledge of business analytics/BI/emergence of AI
Knowledge of cost and negotiations.

Education

Enrolled and pursuing a four-year Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics Management or a related field from an accredited college or university, and able to provide transcripts upon request.
You must have a GPA of at least 3.0 (overall or within your program) to qualify for consideration in the Intern Program.

Qualifications

Must be authorized to work in the US and will not require sponsorship now or in the future.
Must be able to perform all essential functions of the position with or without accommodations
