Job Description

  • As part of our Sales Commercial Operations team, you will collaborate with us to develop a methodology for benchmarking of online configuration tools.
  • In doing so, you will analyze the functional scope and user experience of platforms, tools and internal applications.
  • You will research for global market trends and integrate these insights into the overall approach.
  • In this context, you will view our internal GenAI tools as an opportunity and support their increased application within our team.
  • In close collaboration with the team you will support the communication within Bosch Rexroth.
  • Furthermore, you will have the opportunity to experience methods from the agile working environment in practical application.
  • After the onboarding process, we will jointly determine the focus areas of the internship based on your skills and interests.

Qualifications

  • Education: studies in the field of Media Management, Industrial Engineering, UX-Design, Business Informatics, Digital Marketing, Business Administration or comparable
  • Experience and Knowledge: experience in structuring and analyzing information, a basic understanding of the use of digital platforms, global thinking and an interdisciplinary understanding
  • Personality and Working Practice: you are working independently and are highly motivated; with your quick comprehension skills, you can rapidly understand issues and their interrelations
  • Work Routine: mobile working within Germany possible after onboarding
  • Enthusiasm: affinity for new media and technologies, along with a passion for quickly and effectively familiarizing oneself with diverse topics; willingness and interest in solving tasks using GenAI
  • Languages: good in German and in English
