The Role
Intern must be available to work full time (40 hours/week) during the 10-week program
- Program Dates: May 29 – August 7, 2026.
- Location: This position is fully remote / work from home in the continental US.
- Work Authorization: US Work Authorization required for this role. Individuals needing visa sponsorship are not eligible.
Program eligibility is contingent on the candidate’s commitment to the entire 10-week program. No exceptions will be made.
We are looking for a Technical Program Manager Intern to contribute to the ongoing GCP (Google Cloud Platform) application migration program. This is a hands-on role offering exposure to enterprise cloud migration efforts, agile project management, and tooling ecosystems.
The Main Responsibilities
- Focus on data assessment activities to identify optimization opportunities and gaps across the migration factory.
- Support tooling maturity by evaluating and enhancing migration automation tools, dashboards, and scripts.
- Help improve existing Agile processes by identifying and recommending efficiency enhancements to support the scalability of the GCP app migration factory.
- Create and maintain program roadmaps, detailed project plans, and status reports.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate program risks and dependencies, while resolving roadblocks proactively.
- Take part in communications between stakeholders and teams, helping drive decision-making and issue resolution.
- Develop and implement program management best practices, tools, and templates.
- Help identify lessons learned and drive continuous improvement.
What We Look For in a Candidate
Required qualifications
- Enrolled at a 4-year accredited college or university, rising senior level education status at the start of the internship.
- Graduating August 2026 – May 2027
- Preferred fields include but not limited to: Business, Computer Science, Economics or related field.
Proficiency and understanding of:
- MS Office Suite
- Understand the requirements of each task and discuss the approach with more senior members of the team.
- Experience with program management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Smartsheet, or similar project tracking tools for issue tracking, backlog grooming, and sprint planning.
- Data analysis and dashboarding experience.
- Understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall, with the ability to work in sprints and participate in Agile ceremonies (e.g., daily stand-ups, retrospectives).
- Familiarity with cloud computing concepts is a plus, especially around GCP or other cloud platforms.
- Self-motivated and detail-oriented, with a willingness to learn and take initiative on process improvement efforts.

Compensation
Internship compensation ranges depend on each individual’s level of education, geographic location, and experience/qualifications aligned to the role.
Hourly Based Pay Range:
Min: $ 31/hour
Max: $ 46/hour
