We are seeking a Software Development Intern to join our Consumer Interactions team and enhance our notification platform. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in software development and support cross functional business objectives in improvingcustomerexperience.

Responsibilities

Participate in the development, testing, and maintenance of our notification platformusing C# and Azure Cloud

Collaborate to translate requirements into technical solutions.

Write clean, efficient, and scalable code, along with comprehensive tests to ensure reliability and performance.

Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.

Help troubleshoot, debug, and optimize the system.

Support the deployment of software updates and maintaining system performance.

The roleinvolvesdaily (or regular) communication with pan-Canadian stakeholders.

Qualifications

Currently pursuinga bachelor’s degreein computer science, software engineering, or a related field.

Proficient in C#.

Knowledge of additional programming languages, including Java and Python, is an asset.

Strong understanding of cloud architecture and data structures.

Experience designing and implementing database structures.

Logical, analytical, and creative approach to problem-solving.

Strong collaboration and communication skills.
