Job Description

Auto-Owners Insurance, a top-rated insurance carrier, is seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Human Resources Intern. The position requires the person to:

• Assist our Associate Development team with on-going projects
• Collaborate with our Corporate Recruiting team to develop strategies for recruiting at local colleges and universities
• Assist with the execution of intern programming and events during the summer
• Assist with other duties throughout the HR division as requested

Desired Skills & Experience

• Student should be currently enrolled and entering their junior or senior year in college.
• Human Resources Management major preferred
• Ability to organize data, multi-task and make decisions independently
• Above average communication skills (written and verbal).
• Ability to resolve complex issues.

Pay

$18.00 per hour

Returning interns qualify for a higher pay rate
