  • Demonstrate ability to climb to heights over 6' above ground level
  • Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and basic electrical equipment.
  • Understanding of low voltage and high voltage systems.
  • Knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC) is preferred.
  • Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and construction documents accurately.
  • Ability to work alone and be motivated to accomplish tasks in an efficient, safe and skillful manner without direct supervision
  • Assist in the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems and equipment.
  • Work alongside experienced electricians to learn best practices in electrical work.
  • Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively for various tasks.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to understand project requirements.
  • Help with low voltage and high voltage wiring installations as needed.
  • Participate in troubleshooting electrical issues using tools such as an ohmmeter.
  • Follow National Electrical Code (NEC) guidelines to ensure compliance with safety standards.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment on construction sites.
  • Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively.
  • Demonstrate ability to climb to heights over 6' above ground level
