Job Description:

This Co-Impact Sourcing Intern position will support the responsible sourcing program development in line with doTERRA’sCō-Impact Sourcing principles, while actively collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.

Job Responsibilities:

Organize structure of impact data storage

Identifynewimpact data of supply chains to support value-based CIS strategy in the company and to report for customers

Collaborate with the Sourcing team to collect data from their supplier portfolios

Maintain data storage in an organized and efficient manner

Occasionally support the development of sourcing content through written text, data compilation andpower points

Job Qualifications:

Current enrollment or previous experience insupply chain management, international development, social impact, agriculture, or related field

Self-starter, proactive, motivated to learn and contribute

A desire to support businesses in responsible ESG practices

Clear communications skills both written and verbal

Critical thinking, solutions-oriented mindset

Excellent organization

Ability to navigate multiple sources of information to gain understanding of a topic or find answers

Exceptional attention to detail

Ability to contribute to multiple ongoing projects and skilled in prioritizing projects and time

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
