What you need to know about this position: You will be part of the team that implement new products and any process related to products & packaging in the plant. We are proud to work with famous brands like Oreo, Fontaneda or Chips Ahoy. You must ensure effective execution, coordination, tracking & communication of project, support to BD&E specialists, engineers and plant technologist on projects that relates to new and existing products, packaging and processes for the plant. You will also support productivity initiatives in the plant, working on improvement of processes and ingredient optimization.
You will be key contact from the plant to the rest of the company, it means great communication to other functions like Marketing, R&D or procurement.
You must ensure product/process development is according to specifications, regulations and legal obligations.
You will be involved in plant trials for new products or processes, supporting trial reports and analyses.

- Strong operational & manufacturing experience in 5s, LEAN, 6 sigma tools and concepts, Safety & GMP standards.
- Project management skills and Knowledge of industrial manufacturing equipment
- Analytical & Problem solving skills, strong collaboration and relationship management skills
Education / Certifications: 4 years University Degree (Engineering degree or combination of Business Management and engineering preferred). Engineering degree on food industry or Food science degree.
Job specific requirements: English (fluent)
