We are looking for aChange Management Intern for our growing team!

What you’ll do here:

Formalize and drive the Accessibility & Inclusion Program’s change management strategy.
Plan and execute communications and stakeholder management to ensure buy-in and adoption of new practices.
Find ways to monitor change adoption.
Support with training and documentation, as needed.
Support other program analysis and communications initiatives as needed.

What you bring to the table: 

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree, preferably in Business Administration or Business Technology Management
Knowledge of change management frameworks and best practices
Ability to lead the development of, and drive, a change management strategy
Experience managing a wide range of stakeholders, from individual contributors to VPs
Ability to plan a communications strategy to support change management
Comfort with ambiguity and building a program from the ground up in a corporate environment
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Adaptability, curiosity, and commitment to continuous learning
Self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility
Bilingualism (French and English) Necessary to interact regularly with colleagues across the country
Available 35 hours a week from January 5 to April 24, 2026
Must return to studies in the fall semester after your internship
