We are looking for aChange Management Internfor our growing team! 

What you’ll do here:

  • Formalize and drive the Accessibility & Inclusion Program’s change management strategy. 
  • Plan and execute communications and stakeholder management to ensure buy-in and adoption of new practices. 
  • Find ways to monitor change adoption. 
  • Support with training and documentation, as needed. 
  • Support other program analysis and communications initiatives as needed. 

What you bring to the table: 

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree, preferably in Business Administration or Business Technology Management
  • Knowledge of change management frameworks and best practices
  • Ability to lead the development of, and drive, a change management strategy
  • Experience managing a wide range of stakeholders, from individual contributors to VPs
  • Ability to plan a communications strategy to support change management
  • Comfort with ambiguity and building a program from the ground up in a corporate environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Adaptability, curiosity, and commitment to continuous learning
  • Self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility
  • Bilingualism (French and English) Necessary to interact regularly with colleagues across the country
  • Available 35 hours a week from January 5 to April 24, 2026
  • Must return to studies in the fall semester after your internship
