Job Description

The Digital Lab Content Operations team specializes in digital content creation, content optimization, and innovative marketing solutions to enhance engagement across key brands. As an intern, you will gain hands-on experience in content management, digital testing, and cross-functional collaboration in a highly regulated environment.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Create iterative content for A/B testing using AbbVie’s content creation platform
  • Clone and build test-and-learn content to improve engagement rates
  • Share digital content testing ideas with marketing to gain alignment prior to review
  • Partner with creative agencies for design file updates
  • Lead the routing of content through the Material Review Process for approval and compliance
  • Maintain content inventory (templates and modules) for assigned brands
  • Provide content creation tool and process enhancement ideas to product owners
  • Escalate content tool platform issues to product owners

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications 

  • Currently enrolled in university, pursuing a master’s degree in graphic design, Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Must be enrolled in university for at least one semester following the internship
  • Expected graduation date between December 2026 – June 2027
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Demonstrated analytical and leadership skills through academic or professional experiences
  • Strong communication skills with both business and technical stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications (Optional)

  • Exposure to digital marketing, content management, or marketing automation platforms such as Stensul, Knak, Marketo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Prior experience with digital marketing or interactive agencies
  • Strategic thinker, able to execute and surpass stakeholder and project goals
  • Cumulative GPA of 3.00 or higher
