Who You'll Work With

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented intern to join our Finance department. This internship (Co-operative Placement) offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in operational finance and the day to day activities of a large multinational finance function.

What You'll Do

• Posting various recurring journals – depreciation of fixed assets, amortisation of
• intangibles and prepayments, bank charges
• Complete month end balance sheet reconciliations
• Manage payments of key customers
• Answering customer queries
• Preparing Letters of Credit 
• Uploading customer invoices to designated portals
• Accounts payable invoice processing
• Complete vendor reconciliations
• Assistance in financial statement preparation
• Various ad hoc tasks, as required

Qualifications

• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to take initiative and work proactively with minimal supervision
• A team player that demonstrates a strong desire and willingness to learn
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications preferable
