Meet the Team
You’ll join the Wireless MCU – Digital Design team, which is responsible for the integrated circuit (IC) design of digital components across the entire system-on-chip (SoC). The team’s work spans from architecture and design through verification, ensuring that each block integrates seamlessly into high-performance, low-power SoCs. By combining digital and analog expertise, the team drives innovation in embedded systems for a wide range of wireless applications.
Responsibilities
Support the digital IC design of system-on-chip (SoC) architectures for wireless microcontrollers.
Apply knowledge of VLSI design to contribute to block-level and system-level digital designs.
Collaborate with engineers on integrating analog and digital circuits into cohesive SoC solutions.
Assist in modeling, simulation, and verification activities to validate design functionality.
Participate in reviews, share findings, and propose improvements to existing design methodologies.
Skills You Need
Minimum Qualifications:
Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
Completion of coursework in VLSI design, digital IC design, and digital embedded systems or SoC design.
Strong interest in digital design, SoC architectures, and embedded systems.
The following qualifications will be considered a plus:
Prior experience with IC design tools or digital verification flows.
Exposure to mixed-signal design concepts bridging analog and digital systems.
Research or project work related to embedded systems or system-on-chip design.

The annualized base pay range for this role is expected to be between $79,040 ($38/HR) to $95,680 ($46/HR) USD. Actual base pay could vary based on factors including but not limited to experience, geographic location where work will be performed and applicant’s skill set. The base pay is just one component of the total compensation package for employees. Other components may include a sign on bonus.
