Dr. Clara Bodelon in the Department of Population Science at the American Cancer Society is seeking a candidate for a Rollins Earn and Learn (REAL) position to do research in cancer survivorship. Prospective candidates should have an interest in conducting genetic analyses in relation to second cancers.

Preferred qualifications:

· Be a graduate student in epidemiology with strong quantitative background in genetics as shown by, for example, being enrolled in the Genetic and Molecular (GME) Certificate.

· Experience using the R statistical software.

The successful candidate will have excellent analytical, written and verbal communication skills, be self-motivated and able to work in an interdisciplinary team

The final candidate's relevant experience/skills will be considered before an offer is extended. Actual starting pay will vary based on non-discriminatory factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, experience, skills, specialty, and education.
