Job Description:
Length of term: 1 year, May 2026 - May 2027
The role is part of the central Digital Analytics Team, which is the enterprise hub for the digital measurement practice, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, and Tealium iQ administration. The role reports to the Manager, Digital Analytics.
What will you do?
Initial/Ongoing Responsibilities
Understand and learn about the role of digital analytics within the company, including how to use Adobe Analytics, one of the world’s leading digital analytics tools.
Maintain and update key statistical reports about the company’s web sites.
Respond to ad hoc reporting requests from the internal global marketing community and assist in acquiring and analyzing digital marketing data.
Effectively identify gaps relating to the reporting infrastructure and training content.
Mid to Long Term Responsibilities
Implement new reporting infrastructure, for example Excel scorecards, Adobe Analytics reports and data exports.
Assist in the Tealium iQ/Adobe Analytics tag implementation and data collection process. This includes tool configuration and data validation.
Support the management of Adobe Target as an optimization and personalization tool.
Provide marketers with actionable recommendations on how to improve their web sites and digital marketing campaigns.
Support the design of Adobe Analytics tagging frameworks and tag quality assurance.
Primary user management lead for tools managed within the team. This includes Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target and Tealium iQ.
Education of business partners in the areas of digital analytics and Adobe Analytics.
Subject matter expert in the use of Adobe Analytics.
Ad hoc projects which could include comprehensive site reviews and internal search optimization, ETL enablement for various tools and data sources, using Tableau as a data visualization tool.

Understanding of web publishing and usability design
Commanding knowledge of MS Excel or other related software
Experience with Web/Digital Analytics software an asset (for example, Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics)
Experience with programming in JavaScript or Python an asset
Understanding of digital marketing (e.g. SEO or social) an asset
Understanding of SQL is helpful, but not required
Analytical
Be comfortable working with large sets of data
Able to synthesize data into conclusive findings that can be used to optimize a site’s performance
Strong attention to detail
Soft Skills
Passionate about developing digital marketing, consulting and data analysis skills
Strong communications and relationship building skills
Self-driven, resourceful individual with an ability to work under little supervision
Able to meet deadlines and be responsible for all projects assigned
Comfortable to network and approach colleagues within the business to gather data and complete projects

The Base Pay range is for the primary location for which the job is posted for. The Base Pay which you will be considered for will vary depending on the Campus program you are selected for.
