With a concentrated blend of experiential on-the-job learning, a dynamic environment, access to business leaders, and a supportive team of co-workers, peers, and supervisors, the Internship and Co-Op Program will provide you the opportunity to sharpen your skills and collaborate on a number of strategic projects.
We’re seeking a Product Marketing Intern to join our business in North America during the summer of 2026 on our Hardware Engineering Team. This will be an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience in a fast paced and client focused environment. Our summer internship and Co-Op programs serve as a talent pipeline for our Early Careers Program throughout the organization.
We are considering individuals who are excited about working in our state of the art facility in Miamisburg, OH.
What you will be doing
Development of Product Line sales documentation and web presence improvement
Develop one page for each product including segment/solution narratives and value propositions.
Link product videos and spec sheets to one pagers.
Update/create product spec sheets as needed
Create customer facing product presentations
Create internal facing training documentation for commercial team members
Market Research
Research and document competitors, market trends and insights
Research customer and market trends to inform future product roadmaps
Develop value proposition of product line

Qualifications
What you will need to bring to the program
Avery Dennison has a long history of being an industry leader. Your history is important to us. It should include the following:
Education
Pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree or Masters Degree in Engineering, Marketing, Business Management, Business Administration
Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques (Smartsheets, Google Suite, Oracle, Oracle BI)
Preferred Experience
Previous internship/co-op experience or relevant work experience in hardware, design, product marketing
Experience via student organizations, such as Engineers without Borders, American Society of Mechanical Engineers, American Society of Chemical Engineers, Society of Women Engineers, National Society of Black Engineers, Society of Hispanic Professional Engineers etc.
Volunteerism or similar activities
*Must have reliable transportation to and from work in Miamisburg, OH

Travel
Ability to travel 10 - 20 percent of the time
