Intern – Supply Chain

Job Description

A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join our Supply Chain Planning Team through the Internship Programme. This position will contribute to developing and implementing strategic planning in Ireland by providing medical insight and expert knowledge about the product or disease area. The role is designed to strengthen the depth and breadth of technical, analytical, business and leadership capability within the business. It provides opportunities for individuals to excel personally and professionally and impact on the organization's goals and objectives in Compliance, Supply, Strategy & Profit Plan

Bringing a collaborative style, energy, knowledge, innovation and leadership to carry out the following:

    Ensure highest Quality, Compliance and Safety standards are adhered to. 
    Provide administration support through the management and assignment of new supplier notifications including initial assessments of all supplier notifications assigned to the Brinny site.
    Review of Global and Local dashboards and reports to ensure all KPI metrics are met.
    Lead and manage non-technical suppler notifications assigned, ensuring key stakeholders, both internal & external, are kept informed throughout.
    Provide ongoing input and support to team members, support continuous process improvement initiatives, sharing of knowledge, and promote best practices.
    Support the building and fostering relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
    Responsible for actively participating in the Tier process to manage supplier notifications and proactively manage and resolve issues before they impact the business priorities.
    Problem solving to drive results in a cross functional team environment.

    Pursuing a degree in the following fields (Business, Science, Chemical or Process Engineering)
