Recruiting Intern

For our Talent Acquisition team, we are looking for a Recruiter Intern who can join an exciting working environment in a dynamic and international atmosphere.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Work with Talent Acquisition Team to source, select and hire qualified candidates to fill vacant positions
• Support all the Italian territory in recruiting profiles operating in the Life Science field
• Review applications and conduct interviews to obtain information regarding applicant's work history, education, training, job skills, and salary requirements
 

REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelor's degree in Humanities (Communication Science, Psychology, Educational Sciences, or similar)
• Previous experience as a Recruiter/HR generalist in agencies or head-hunting organizations will be considered a plus but it's not a mandatory requirement
• Strong interest and curiosity regarding the pharmaceutical world and its professional roles
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong attention to details
• Good problem-solving, judgment and decision-making skills
• Good understanding and awareness of the commercial environment and market trends
