Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sourcing Intern to join our Sourcing department for a 6-month internship. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic, international supply chain environment, supporting the Sourcing function.

Key Responsibilities:

Build a comprehensive database of supplier contacts to support the implementation of the new Supplier Portal.
Ensure inclusion of indirect suppliers in the database for future integration.
Update supplier prices in Oracle system.
Check and resolve invoice discrepancies or issues.
Assist in converting requisitions into purchase orders.

Candidate Profile:

Business Administration, Industrial Engineering student or Master’s in Supply Chain or Logistics.
Interest in procurement, supply chain, or operations.
Strong organizational, detail- oriented person and multitasking skills.
Proactive, curious, and eager to learn.
Fluent in Spanish and English (written and spoken). Other languages will be a plus!
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
