Job Description

To be filled: 6-month internship from January 2026.

An international experience for you to grow, learn and enjoy spreading Accor culture & values through outstanding communication actions and project towards future talents.

Some national & international business travels will be planned during the mission.

What awaits you :

School Partnership management & Events : 

  • You will be in charge of the support partnerships' support with our 7 key international schools :
  • Contact with the schools to identify relevant events related to Talent Acquisition.
  • Registration to the career fairs (digital and in-person), coordination with the hotel participants and enlarged recruitment teams coming, organization of events in our HQ’s in Paris.
  • Support to our partners school to organize students’ projects and challenges
  • Develop and enrich the partner schools alumni network at Accor in order to be able to develop our collaboration and engage internal employees interventions and presentations within them
  • Support in the preparation of our annual student challenge: Take Off!

VIE program :

  • Follow up of our current VIE contracts, development of this program. You will work on that project along with your manager: collect the job descriptions, support in the dedicated learning path, support in the onboarding sessions, follow up of the VIEs during their rotations… 

Communications & Community Management:

  • Global Accor candidate’s mailbox: management of the mail box, reach out to the candidates facing difficulties, follow up with the concerned departments.
  • Hosco page : update of the page, content creation (photo and video)
  • Animate the Partner School ambassadors (Ongoing communication, Community management, production of campus activation toolkits, …)
  • Production of online & offline communication materials (with external agencies, freelancers and in-house through CANVA). 
  • Coordinate with social media teams, corporate communication all related actions about Schools & Talent Attraction Programs.

Other

  • Monthly & Annual reports management on several talent acquisition initiatives.
  • You will be also working on some Employer Branding initiatives.
  • For each topic, create a clear process and toolkit.

You will part of a team of 4 colleagues based in Issy-Les-Moulineaux. You will be under the responsibility of the Global Schools Partnerships & Young Talent Acquisition Manager. 

Qualifications

Level of studies: + 4 / +5

Fields of Studies: HR, Project Management, Events

Professional Experience: Previous internship(s) in HR or project management. A previous experience in hospitality is a plus. 

Languages: Fluent English both written and spoken (very important), French is a plus

Detail oriented person, strong organization, creative, data centric and adaptation skills.

Computer Skills – Pack Office (high skills in PowerPoint and Canva).
