About the role

The Real Estate Intern will assist the acquisition team on all aspects of the site selection process. This person will help dealmakers with specific sites and also assist with keeping track of sites in relation to the overall market and strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Work with master brokers to ensuredeal dashboard/pipeline is up to date

• Assist dealmakers with submitting final deals to the contracts team

• Work with strategy team and mapping software to help update delivery areas

• Research off market sites that dealmakers identify

• Sit in on calls with brokers and landlords

• Review LOIs and leases to help dealmakers keep pipeline moving

The experience you have

• Current enrollment in a Bachelor’s degree program, with at least one year remaining.

• Bachelor’s degree with a focusinreal estate, business, or related degree

• Ability to multi task and stay organized with multiple projects

• Detail oriented

• Comfortable to speak and meet with various leadership levels and outside partners in the real estate industry (landlords, brokers, etc.)

Base Salary: $36 per hour.

Wonder Group uses geographic-specific salary structures, which means the salary offered may vary depending on where the job is located. The final salary offer will take into account various factors, such as the candidate's skills, education, training, credentials, and experience.

Our hybrid model requires 3 days a week in the office. That said, many team members choose to come in more often to take advantage of in-person collaboration and connection. You're welcome—and encouraged—to be in the office up to 5 days a week if it works for you.
