Job Description
Marketing Support
Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and promotional events.
Maintain and update company databases.
Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and communications.
Provide general administrative support to the marketing team, such as scheduling meetings and managing documents.
Event and Partnership Activation
Assist in planning and coordinating sponsorship activations, sports events, and promotional activities.
Support the execution of marketing campaigns for sports events, including pre-event promotion and post-event analysis.
Collaborate with partners, sponsors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of campaigns and events.
Provide on-site support during sports events, such as managing branding, promotional materials, and audience engagement activities.

Course Details
This is a list of the main duties or tasks that the post holder will be expected to be competent in upon completion of the L6 Chartered Manager Degree Apprenticeship.
Learn how to support the development of organisational strategies and plans.
Understand how a project moves through planning, design, development, deployment and evaluation.
Learn how to plan, organise and manage resources in order to achieve organisational goalsLearn how to manage budgets, controlling expenditure and production of financial reports.
Understand approaches to innovation and digital technologies and their impact on our organisation, and how their application can be used for organisational improvement and development.
Learn to build teams, empower and motivate others to improve performance or achieve outcomes.
Learn to build rapport and trust, develop networks and maintain relationships with people from a range of cultures, backgrounds and levels.
Use evidence-based tools and ethical approaches to undertake problem solving and critical analysis, synthesis and evaluation to support decision making.
Drive to achieve in all aspects of work.
Be flexible to the needs of the organisation.
Qualifications
Commitment to ongoing self-development and training including ability and willingness to commit to completion the Chartered Manager Degree Apprenticeship L6. This may require attending off site training.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team with strong time management skills.

3 or More A-Levels (Or equivalent) at Grade C or Above.
As you will be receiving a degree at the end of the course, you must not already have a degree to apply.
