The opportunity

The position is opened within the Euronext Procurement Teamfrom November 2025 onwards.

The Procurement team is responsible for the purchasing of products and services to be used by Euronext Companies and employees. The team is responsible for expenditure on services such as Transversal IT (Software, Cloud, Market Data, Hardware, Professional Services, Travel, Office Services, Catering amongst a wide range of others Procurement Categories.)

Responsibilities

  • Support ongoing projects and initiatives aimed at improving procurement operations
  • Performs industry research and uses knowledge to contribute to the development of successful negotiation strategies with senior procurement staff
  • Build a comprehensive spend analysis of the software procurement category. The goal is to identify and suggest optimization opportunities for the short, mid and long term
  • Contributes to the RFI, RFQ and RFP processes and helps evaluate proposals and bids
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of new processes used by procurement mainly on the Software and Market Data Categories

 Who we are looking for...

Profile

  • A first experience in a IT procurement (Software/Market Data) would be a plus
  • Good knowledge of the RFI, RFQ and RFP processes
  • Knowledge of financial analysis and billing processes
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Understanding of billing systems and financial reporting tools is a plus
  • Fluent in French and English. A third language (“fluent” level) would be a plus
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, ensuring accuracy in billing operations
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with different stakeholders
  • Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment
