Job Description
6-month internship based in Accor Headquarters.
Part of Accor Global People & Culture (HR) department, you will join the Global Talent Acquisition Team. Through this international experience, you will spread Accor's culture & values by contributing to outstanding Employer Branding initiatives and projects that aim to attract and retain talents at Accor. This internship is a great opportunity to partner with several departments and brands, and to develop communications, digital marketing and project management skills, while learning more about HR strategy.
Your main responsibilities
Enhance our career website:
- Collaborate for candidate experience improvement: Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to optimize the new Accor careers website, enhancing the overall candidate experience and journey (e.g., chatbot integration) to boost user engagement and conversion rates.
- Empower customization: Enable and accompany regional HR partners and Accor Brands to create tailored careers pages that effectively showcase their unique value propositions and specificities.
- Performance analysis: Analyze the website’s performance and draw reports.
Aim for recruitment excellence:
- Candidates’ assessment: Support the deployment and adoption of AssessFirst for all regions and brands, takeover initiatives based on feedback from our stakeholders.
- ATS guidelines: Develop and share best practices for the effective use of the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to improve recruitment efficiency, through templates, automated pop-ups, …
- Career email box management: Coordinate with our agency to ensure timely and accurate communication with candidates through the Accor Careers Inbox. Oversee the optimization of existing response templates and collaborate with the agency to propose new ones, enhancing candidate engagement and experience.
Boost engagement:
- E-Reputation management: Monitor Accor’s employer e-reputation across key platforms, including Glassdoor and Indeed. Collaborate with our agency to provide thoughtful responses to all reviews and share insights with regional hubs to drive continuous improvements in candidate and employee experiences.
- Internal advocacy activation: Promote awareness and engagement around HR mechanisms designed to positively impact the Heartists®' experience, fostering a culture of advocacy and brand loyalty.
Qualifications
You are currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
You have:
- The willingness to learn more about Employer Branding, Talent Acquisition and HR strategy.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a creative flair for storytelling and content creation.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail.
- A collaborative mindset, comfortable working in a multicultural, international environment.
- Proficiency in English (both spoken and written); proficiency in French is a plus.
