Position Overview 

Join Micron as an Intern Engineer, contributing to developing and analyzing digital and analog circuits. Collaborate with various teams to deliver high-quality products. 

Responsibilities 

• Contribute to the development of new product opportunities by assisting with the construction, layout, and optimization of Memory/Logic/Analog circuits 

• Perform parasitic modeling and aid in developing validation, reticle experiments, and tape-out revisions 

• Coordinate and manage the layout process, including floor-planning, placement, and routing 

• Execute verification processes using modeling and simulation with industry-standard tools 

• Collaborate across teams to drive standardization and ensure group success 

• Work with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Probe, Assembly, Test, Process Integration, Product Engineering) to ensure manufacturability 

• Proactively engage with Standards, CAD, modeling, and verification groups to enhance design quality 

• Drive innovation for future memory generations in a dynamic environment 

Minimum Qualifications 

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience) 

• Solid understanding of digital and analog circuit development principles 

• Experience with industry-standard simulation and verification tools 

• Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., Python, Perl) for automation 

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment 

Preferred Qualifications 

• Experience in memory development or semiconductor industry 

• Familiarity with parasitic modeling and layout optimization techniques 

• Exposure to cross-functional collaboration in product development 

• Attitude to innovate and propose process improvements
