Responsibilities
• Support senior researchers in planning and executing qualitative and quantitative research studies.• Assist in conducting user interviews, surveys, and usability testing for biometric and digital identity applications.• Document and synthesize findings into clear, actionable insights that inform design and product direction.• Help maintain a centralized repository of research data, insights, and user personas.• Participate in collaborative workshops with designers and developers to align research insights with UX goals.• Support accessibility and usability testing to ensure compliance with Section 508 and other accessibility standards.• Conduct competitor and market analysis to identify trends in biometric and identity verification products.• Assist with the creation of research plans, interview guides, and test scripts.• Help improve research documentation and process consistency across the UX team.
Qualifications
• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Cognitive Science, Design, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of UX research methodologies (interviews, usability testing, surveys, A/B testing, etc.).
• Familiarity with tools such as Figma, UserTesting, Qualtrics, or similar platforms.
• Strong communication and analytical skills, with the ability to summarize findings clearly.
• Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Interest in biometric technologies, accessibility, and ethical UX design practices.
• Experience with data synthesis and visualization (e.g., Miro, FigJam, Excel, Notion, Confluence) is a plus.
• Passion for learning and contributing to a multidisciplinary team environment.

The US hourly rate for this position is $25.
