Job Description:

Help with revising quality processes and procedures and other command media.

Understand what quality processes and procedures are required in the Aerospace manufacturing environment.

Track open Corrective Actions.
-

8D RCCA process, corrective action plans and implementation.
-

Determine root cause for products or materials that do not meet required standards and specifications.

How to read mechanical and assembly drawings in a real-world application.
-

Industry workmanship standards (IPC-610, IPC-620, J-STD-001).
-

Analyze quality performance data for factory and collaborate with Operations Engineers to develop improvement plans for identified problem areas.

Industry quality metrics and return to green planning.

Perform internal audits.

Quality Mangement System Requirements and required internal audits (AS9100, ISO9001:2015)

Qualifications:
-
Pursuing a bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, Quality Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Quality Management, Quality Sciences or related field.
Preferred Skills:
-
Excel, data analysis and presenting data.

Understanding of GD&T.
In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role in California, Massachusetts, New Jersey, Washington, and the Greater D.C, Denver, or NYC areas is $25.00 - $47.50. The salary range for this role in Colorado state, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New York state, and Vermont is $22.00 - $40.50. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location. L3Harris also offers a variety of benefits, including relocation stipend, 401(k), EAP, and company-paid holidays.
