Job Description

The Future Talent Program features internships that last up to 12 weeks and will include one or more projects. These opportunities in our Research & Development Division can provide you with great development and a chance to see if we are the right company for your long-term goals.

The 2026 Global Labeling Operational Excellence Intern will have the opportunity to work on strategic goals for the business. The incumbent will have the opportunity to drive project(s) through the organization, leading multi-functional teams and interacting with Senior Leaders. The Global Labeling (GL) organization develops strategic, high-quality labeling that reflects the unique characteristics which differentiate our products in the global marketplace. Within Global Labeling, the Operational Excellence function aims to efficiently drive compliance and a labeling process that is digitally- and technology-enabled, including adoption and scaling of Generative AI tools and platforms, to deliver on the product pipeline.

The project(s) would be within the GL- Operational Excellence function, supporting one or all of the following:

  • eLabeling

  • Labeling Digital and systems Enablement

  • Proofing and US Operations

  • US Artwork


Primary Activities:

  • Support program management, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities, and contribute to Change Management activities as needed

  • Develop an approach and a project plan to address the strategy/problem statement that you will be working on

  • Schedule routine meetings with the necessary stakeholders, prepare meeting materials and minutes, and follow up on action items

  • Maintain metrics and tracking of progress on project

  • Ensure all data is in compliance with cGXPs and departmental procedures and is of the highest integrity, quality and accuracy

  • Support the development of presentations and reports


Education

  • Candidate must be current student (sophomore, junior or senior) enrolled in a B.S. in Scientific/Engineering/Data Analytics field program

Required Experience and Skills:

  • Candidates must have proficiency in MS Excel, MS Power Point, MS Teams

  • Candidates must be experienced with data analytics, data visualization; experience with process mapping tools is a plus.

  • Candidates must have demonstrated interpersonal skills including flexibility, collaboration and inclusion skills, and ability to work in a team environment

  • Candidates must be a demonstrated self-starter with capability to develop innovative solutions to challenges

  • Candidates must have proven analytical aptitude, critical thinking skills, and ability to apply key concepts

  • Candidate must speak with courage and candor

  • Candidates must have strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Candidates must be available to work full-time for 12 weeks (June through August)

Under New York City, Colorado State, Washington State, and California State law, the Company is required to provide a reasonable estimate of the salary range for this job. Final determinations with respect to salary will take into account a number of factors, which may include, but not be limited to the primary work location and the chosen candidate’s relevant skills, experience, and education.

Salary range:

The salary range for this role is $39,600.00-$105,500.00 USD
