PURPOSE OF POSITION:The Contact CenterAdministrative Associateserves as the first point of contact for guests, clients, and internal staff, ensuring prompt, courteous, and professional communication. This roleis responsible forefficiently managing incoming calls, directing inquiries to theappropriate departments, and providingaccurateinformation to callers.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Answer and direct all incoming phone calls promptly and professionally

  • Provideaccurateinformationregardingresort services, amenities, and local attractions

  • Relay messages to guests and staff efficiently and confidently

  • Coordinate with other departments to fulfill guest requests

  • Log and report any technical issues with phone systems or guest concerns to theappropriate personnel

  • Maintain a courteous and helpful attitude at all times, ensuring a positive guest experience

  • Assistthe administration team with daily tasks as needed

  • Assistthe supervisory team with special projects as needed

  • Complete projects accurately and efficiently

  • Become familiar with all the Deer Valley managed properties, rates,packages, and policies

  • Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Excellent verbal communication and listening skills

  • Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and professional demeanor

  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment

  • Ability to remain calm and courteous under pressure or during high call volumes

  • MS Officeproficiencypreferred

PAY RATE:

  • $21.00 per hour
