JOB DESCRIPTION
Summary/Objective
The Corporate Travel and Expense (T&E) Administrator will manage and support all business travel through the monitoring of policy compliance and reconciliation of business-related expenses.
Essential Functions
- Manage the Concur travel and expense system including administration of employee status, coding and updates
- Review expense reports for accuracy and compliance with the T&E corporate policy, making independent decisions on compliance and approval/denial of submitted expenses
- Promptly resolve issues directly with employees, managers, and/or outside vendors related to non-compliant expense claims
- Update the T&E corporate policy, educate employees on changes, respond to inquiries and obtain and maintain a database of employee acknowledgement of policy receipt
- Develop and administer training to employees on the T&E corporate policy, Concur platform, and expense report submission process
- Assist with driving continuous improvement of the travel and expense programs in conjunction with the T&E Manager
- Provide reporting and perform additional assignments for T&E Manager as needed

Work Environment
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.

Must be able to perform repetitious hand/eye movement. Must be able to sit for long periods of time.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
