Job Title: ACM Clinical Laboratory Internship

SUMMARY
The Clinical Laboratory Intern will allow students to learn and participate in a clinical laboratory. The Intern will gain exposure to specimen processing and laboratory assistant tasks and responsibilities.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Under the direction of a licensed Medical technologist or more senior individual, the technologist in training can read policies and procedures.
Shadow Medical Technologists
Hands on sample management
Participate in validation of instruments
Inventory and stock management responsibilities of the lab
Additional non technical Duties and Responsibilities as assigned
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Student Enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor’s degree program in life science preferred

The listed base pay range is a good faith representation of current potential base pay for a successful full time applicant.
