This is an in-office internship at the West Des Moines location.

Internships will run from mid-May to early August. These are in-office internships at our West Des Moines located at 7700 Mills Civic Parkway. Interviews and hiring decisions expect to be completed prior to mid-November, with some being completed as early as late September.
Accountabilities:
- Students are expected to work independently and will be responsible for ownership of their portion of a project or task once they have been properly trained
- Students are encouraged to add value and provide recommendations for improvements to processes and systems by applying their experience and knowledge
- Students will maintain a log evaluating each project assigned and prepare an evaluation of the experience in order to improve the quality of future projects
Qualifications and Experience:
- Entering Junior (3rd) year in the Fall of 2026
- Proficient communication and organizational skills
- Exhibits strong time management skills and a commitment to professional integrity
- Demonstrated leadership abilities and a proactive approach to accomplishing tasks
- Well-rounded and self-starter
- Readiness to learn and adapt to new environments
- Interested in pursuing a career in Finance or Accounting
- Significant experience using Excel, Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
Preferred:
- Previous internship experience
- Accounting/Audit/Finance Specialization
