Graphics Production Intern: NYC - Spring 2026

Your New Role

The Graphics Production Intern will assist in the creative collaboration, technical assessment, and prioritization of a variety of still and motion graphics and graphics packages for use by the Warner Brothers Discovery Marketing team. They will work closely within the Marketing Operations Graphics Production team with in-house and agency motion design teams to assess, plan, design, and deliver graphic-based content used across all A/V platforms. They will also learn to collaborate with the Marketing A/V, Campaign Management, Digital Media Production, and Studio Finishing teams from both a technical and operational standpoint when it comes to all motion graphics.

Your Role Accountabilities

• Assist MAV producers with the design and execution of both motion and still video graphics

• Assess incoming After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, & Cinema 4D projects from outside vendors to ensure that those projects can be used in-house to create additional graphic elements and then work with those projects to provide secondary assets

• Work alongside other in-house design teams to organize toolkits, creative additional assets, send projects, and archive final renders

• Work with the key art team and/or archive servers to obtain layered files to extract items needed for video assets and/or title treatments

• Work closely with the Campaign Management team to prioritize graphics requests

• Contribute to the success of marketing campaigns for shows like A Knight of the Seven Kingdoms, The Pitt, Industry, and Euphoria

Qualifications & Experience 

Essentials needed for the positions that are similar across the above roles (these do not all have to apply to every single role)  

  • Must be actively enrolled in an accredited college or university degree program for the full duration of the internship (proof of enrollment required)  

  • Must be a rising Junior or Senior (18 years or older)  

  • Please change the posting if the team is only approved for / accepting undergrad applicants 

  • Must be in academic good standing (3.0 or above GPA) A transcript will be required to verify your GPA if an offer is extended. 

  • Warner Bros. Discovery will only consider candidates who are presently authorized to work for any employer in the United States and who will not require work visa sponsorship from Warner Bros. Discovery now or in the future in order to retain their authorization to work in the United States. Candidates currently on any student or exchange visa, including F-1 CPT, F-1 OPT, J-1, M-1, etc., will not be eligible for the internship program. 

  • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, specifically After Effects, Illustrator, and Photoshop; experience witih Cinema 4D, Adobe InDesign, and/or Avid Media Composer

Start Date: January 26th  

End Date: April 17th 

  • Interns will be expected to work 16-24 hours per week in a hybrid capacity

  • Our internships are paid opportunities with a competitive hourly wage. Credit is not required; however, we will provide the necessary documentation for school credit if desired. Relocation is not provided.  

  • Interviewing will take place from early November through early-January. A WBD team member will contact you if your experiences and interests match an open internship position. Due to the high volume of applications, we are unable to give individual status updates.

Although you will be hired by Warner Bros. Discovery, upon the planned separation in 2026, your employment likely will transition to Warner Bros. Company or transition to Discovery Global.
