POSITION SUMMARY

We are seeking a Marketing Intern for our Summer 2026 Internship Program. This intern will support our Breakthrough division. This internship will provide direct exposure to B2B marketing as the intern assists in Breakthrough's day-to-day marketing operations, works on a strategic project to elevate our brand position, and develops valuable, forward-thinking content for use in establishing brand awareness and generating sales qualified leads.

U.S. Venture’s Internship Program runs May - August. Dates may vary based on individual class schedules. This position is located in Green Bay, WI [1175 Lombardi Ave, Green Bay, WI 54304].

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist the team with various marketing activities such as social media, website analytics, and advertising.
Copywriting for various content pieces such as digital advertising, the Breakthrough blog, conference collateral, infographics, email marketing, and other miscellaneous marketing materials.
Assist with planning and executing Breakthrough's annual client event, The Mercury Group.
Assist with planning and executing Breakthrough team events.

QUALIFICATIONS

Current student pursuing a bachelor's degree in Marketing, or related field.
Team player with an innovative, creative, and data-driven approach to work.
Self-motivation and intellectual curiosity.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Heightened attention to detail.
