What you’ll achieve
The Global Marketing Metrics Team is at the forefront of turning data into actionable insights. We work with massive datasets, cutting-edge tools, and advanced statistical models to help Dell’s global marketing and sales teams make smarter decisions. From designing scalable data architectures to building predictive models, we’re shaping the future of data-driven strategy.
You’ll be part of a team that collaborates with experts across the globe—from North America to EMEA to APJ—bringing together diverse perspectives and solving complex problems in real time.
You will:
Analyze business data to uncover trends and generate insights.
Build and automate data pipelines using SQL and Python.
Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using Power BI and other tools.
Support the development of machine learning models to measure marketing impact.
Design and manage experiments to validate hypotheses and ensure data integrity.
Collaborate with global marketing teams to deliver strategic recommendations.
Integrate disparate data sources and platforms to create unified views of performance.

Essential Requirements
Proficiency in SQL and ability to build queries independently.
Experience with Power BI or similar visualization tools.
Exposure to Python for data analysis or automation.
Strong communication skills and ability to present findings clearly.
Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Passion for solving complex problems and working with imperfect data.
Desirable Requirements
Working towards an M.S. degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Physics, Economics, or related quantitative or computational fields
Experience with SSAS, OLAP tools, and automation.
Familiarity with Python libraries (e.g., scikit-learn, StatsModels).
Knowledge of digital analytics tools like Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics.
Prior internship or project experience in marketing, sales, or analytics.
Graduation Date: December 2026 or Spring 2027
Compensation
Dell is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The pay range for this position is $47.05 - $64.69 per hour depending on location.
