Link’s 10-week paid summer internship program helpsstudents gain valuable experience and develop business skills while learning the basics of logistics real estate. We offer internships in over 15 departments including Capital Markets, Construction, Corporate Communications, Development, Financial Planning & Analysis, Investments, IT, Asset Management, Property Management and more.  

Link is looking for actively enrolled juniors (rising seniors) who would be interested in a real estate internship. You will be working with a cross-functional team of both supply chain and real estate veterans while developing a data science skillset via in-depth projects that’ll involve applying statistical and technical rigor to solve key challenges surrounding the world of industrial real estate.  

WHAT YOU WILL BRING:

  • Analyze and report on data that helps track structural change in customer industries

  • Synthesize, cleanse, and monitor data received from various internal teams and third-party sources 

  • Build and maintain ad hoc and recurring presentations, reports, and analytics for senior management and Blackstone 

  • Track and evaluate key drivers of investment performance using internal investment data

  • Handle special projects and analyses across investments and supply chain, as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Current junior (rising senior) undergraduate student at an accredited four-year institution

  • Pursuing a degree in finance, real estate, economics, mathematics, supply chain or related field 

  • Strong interest in commercial real estate asset management and investment (no formal experience required

  • Basic understanding of real estate investment and financing processes including, but not limited to: market analysis, financial analysis, property valuation and capital markets

  • Exceptional knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint 

  • Preferred Skills (not necessary): Basic knowledge of analytics tools such as Power BI and coding languages like SQL and Python 

  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

$45/hour represents the presently anticipated base compensation pay range for this position at Link. Actual pay may vary based on various factors, including but not limited to location and experience.
