Duties and Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with finance, accounting, and operations teams to design acost-tracking frameworkfor SaaS products and related overhead.
- Assistinidentifyingand mappingkey cost drivers(e.g., personnel, software tools, hosting costs, and support services).
- Support development ofresource planning models, including workforceutilizationand budgeting tools.
- Gather and analyze financial data to supportcost allocation methodologiesandresource forecasts.
- Help document processes and create templates forongoing monitoring and reporting.
- Prepare regular summaries and visualizations of financial and operational data to support management decisions.
- Contribute to process improvement and automation initiatives within finance and operations.
Education and Experience:
- Working toward a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Management Information Systems, Business Administration, or related study.
- Anticipated graduation date within one year of internship
- Minimum Overall and Major GPA of 2.8
- Strong academic standing with coursework or experience in Managerial Accounting or Cost Accounting, Financial Analysis or Modeling, and Data Analytics (preferred).
- Minimum of 6 – 12 Accounting hours depending on practice
Professional Skills Requirements:
- Excellent analytical and quantitative skills with attention to detail.
- Proficient inMicrosoft Excelanddata visualization tools(e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
- Familiarity withSaaS business models,cost allocation principles, orresource planningis a plus.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Intermediate knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications, Outlook, and etc.
Preferred Experience:
- Exposure to WorkdayFinanceor similar ERP platforms.
- Experience with project management or process documentation tools.

Computer Skills:

This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
Plano TX Hourly Salary: $22.60 - $26.30.
Certain roles may be eligible for incentive compensation.
